The National Assembly for Wales in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 132(3) and (4) and 146(1) and (2) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996f1 as extended by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 1993f2 makes the following Regulations:
