# The Relocation Grants (Forms of Application) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2002, Paragraph 6


In the list in the first paragraph of note 43 for “or in the Environment task Force Option of the New Deal where you are self-employed under the Employment Option of the New Deal made under section 2 of the Employment and Training Act 1973;” substitute “, Environment Task Force Option of the New Deal where you are self-employed under the Employment Option of the New Deal, the Intensive Activity Period programme or the Intensive Activity period for 50 plus made under section 2 of the Employment and Training Act 1973 or as assistance to support your self-employment”.
