Article 8 Compliance with notices

(1)

Any notice served under article 6(2) above shall be complied with at the expense of the person on whom the notice is served.

(2)

If a notice served under article 6(2) is not complied with, an inspector may arrange for it to be complied with at the expense of the person required to comply with the notice.
