  "text": "In this Order—\n“animal by-product” means—\n(a) animal by-product as defined in the Animal By-Products Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993; or\n(b) specified risk material as defined in the Specified Risk Material Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997;\n“fluid” includes any liquid, and any property of, or any organism or substance contained in, any liquid;\n“ruminant related fluid” means fluid arising in relation to the rendering of ruminant animal by-products from premises at which such rendering is carried out and includes fluid a constituent part of which is ruminant related fluid;\n“rendering” has the same meaning as it has for the purposes of the Animal By-Products Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993; and\n“underground strata” and “waterway” have the same meaning as for the purposes of the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999.",
