# The Rendering (Fluid Treatment) (Scotland) Order 2001, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Rendering (Fluid Treatment) (Scotland) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 31st May 2001.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
