# The Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2022, Regulation 3: Insertion of Regulation 51A (interpretation)


Before regulation 52 (review of accreditation or registration following notification of a change in circumstances), insert—
“Interpretation
51A In this Part, “proposed plant” has the meaning given in regulation 52A(1A).”.
