  "text": "The requirements referred to in regulation 4(1)(b)(iii) are that, where an application for accreditation is made on or after 1st October 2018—\n(a) any necessary environmental permits are held in relation to the plant; and\n(b) a declaration is made that the plant complies, and will continue to comply, with all local and national laws including those relating to the protection of the environment.",
