  "text": "The requirements of this paragraph are that—\n(a) testing is carried out in accordance with—\n(i) BS 14792:2017 or a subsequent version of that standard in respect of NOₓ emissions; and\n(ii) BS EN 13284-1:2017 or BS ISO 9096:2017 or a subsequent version of one of those standards in respect of PM emissions;\n(b) the emissions of PM represent the average of at least three measurements of emissions of PM, each of at least 30 minutes duration; and\n(c) the value for NOₓ emissions is derived from the average of measurements made throughout the PM emission tests.",
