  "text": "For the purposes of paragraph 1(3)(b), the items of Category B evidence are—\n(a) dated feasibility studies;\n(b) detailed, dated architectural drawings of the site showing the location of the plant;\n(c) detailed dated system schematics or technical drawings of the plant;\n(d) dated evidence of a room-by-room heat loss assessment;\n(e) dated evidence of intended heat use.",
