# The Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2018, Paragraph 4


All woodfuel must be certified by the Woodsure Certification Scheme or an equivalent certification scheme as meeting the standard in—
(a) subject to paragraph 4A, paragraph 2;
(b) paragraph 3.
