Article 16 Amendment of article 18 (transfers of RTF certificates)

 In article 18(3), for “unless the contrary is shown” substitute “unless the transferor notifies the Administrator otherwise at the same time as notifying the Administrator of the details of the transfer in accordance with paragraph (2)(a)”.
