Article 18 Amendment of article 20 (revocation of an RTF certificate)

(1)

In article 20(1)(b), for “the transport fuel supplier to whom it was issued or any connected person” substitute “the transport fuel supplier to whom it was issued, any connected person or any person who has produced a verifier’s assurance report”.

(2)

For article 20(1)(c) and (d), substitute—

“(c)
the information provided to the Administrator in relation to the certificate pursuant to article 12(1)(a) was materially inaccurate,

(d)
the evidence provided in relation to the information referred to in sub-paragraph (c) was insufficient to substantiate it, or

(e)
the verifier’s assurance report was materially inaccurate.”
