# The Renewable Transport Fuel Obligations (Amendment) Order 2011, Article 9: Amendment of article 13 (power to require information)


In article 13(3)—
(a) omit “transport fuel”; and
(b) for “paragraph (1)(a) to (d)” substitute “paragraph (1)”.
