Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Renewable Transport Fuel Obligations (Amendment) Order 2013 and, subject to paragraph (2), comes into force on the day after the day on which the Order is made.

Articles 3 to 11 come into force on 15th April 2013.
