# The Renewables Obligation (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 3: Article 58 amended (preliminary accreditation of generating stations)

(2) In paragraph (4) omit sub-paragraphs (a) to (c) including the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (c).
