# The Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015, Article 1: Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 and comes into operation on 1st July 2015.
(2) In this Order, “the 2009 Order” means the Renewables Obligation Order (Northern Ireland) 2009.
