# The Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016 and comes into operation on 1st March 2016.
(2) In this Order, “the 2009 Order” means the Renewables Obligation Order (Northern Ireland) 2009.
