Article 19 Generating stations generating under arrangements referred to in the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992
No ROCs are to be issued in respect of any electricity generated by a generating station which generates electricity under the arrangements or additional arrangements referred to in Article 35(1) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992.
