# The Renewables Obligation Order 2015, Paragraph 14: Article 31 modified (calculating the amount of electricity generated by a particular category of generating capacity)


(1) Article 31 has effect with the following modifications.
(2) In paragraph (3)—
(a) for “generating station” substitute “capped or exempt combustion unit of a mixed generating station”;
(b) for “station’s” substitute “unit’s”.
(3) In paragraph (4) for “station” each time it appears substitute “unit”.
