# The Renewables Obligation Order 2015, Paragraph 17: Article 80 modified (provision of information to determine whether a ROC is to be, or should have been, issued)


(1) Article 80 has effect with the following modifications.
(2) In paragraph (2)—
(a) for “generating station” substitute “mixed generating station”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “of the station” substitute “of each capped combustion unit and each exempt combustion unit of the station”.
