  "text": "For the purpose of determining whether ROCs are to be issued in respect of electricity generated by a mixed generating station during the relevant period referred to in paragraph 5 or during any relevant obligation period referred to in paragraph 6—\n(a) this Order has effect with the modifications set out in paragraphs 8 to 18;\n(b) any notification made by the operator of a mixed generating station under article 81 must be disregarded.",
