Article 4 Calculation B

In article 9 (calculation B) for paragraph (1) substitute—

“(1)

Calculation B is the number of renewables obligation certificates likely to be issued in respect of renewable electricity for a particular obligation period, as estimated by the Secretary of State under article 9(2) of the Renewables Obligation Order 2009^f1, increased by—

(a)

in relation to the obligation period ending on 31st March 2011, 8 per cent and rounded up to the nearest whole number (one half being rounded upward); and

(b)

in relation to any other obligation period, 10 per cent and rounded up to the nearest whole number (one half being rounded upward).”.
