# The Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Amendment Order 2015, Article 12: Solid and gaseous biomass sustainability audit report


In article 54B—
(a) in paragraph (2)—
(i) in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) omit “or wholly derived from waste”; and
(ii) in sub-paragraph (b), for “54(3ZB)” substitute “ 54(5) ”; and
(b) in paragraph (6)—
(i) in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) omit “or wholly derived from waste”; and
(ii) in sub-paragraph (b) for “54(3ZB)” substitute “ 54(5) ”.
