# Rent Act 1974, Paragraph 23


In section 125 (powers of local authorities for the purposes of giving information) in subsection (1)(a) after the word “1965” there shall be inserted the word “ and ” and after the word “1972” there shall be inserted the words “ and the Rent Act 1974 ”.
