  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Rent Act (Forms etc.) Regulations 1980 and are consequential on the provisions of the Rent (Relief from Phasing) Order 1987 (S.I. 1987/264). They replace the forms to be used for giving notice of increase of rent under a regulated tenancy where the rent is registered.",
