# The Rent Act 1977 (Forms etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 1988, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations make an amendment to form No. 15 (application for cancellation of a rent registered by a rent tribunal where the dwelling is not subject to a restricted contract) in the Rent Act 1977 (Forms etc.) Regulations 1980, consequential on provisions in the Housing Act 1988 (c. 50).
