Coming into force 1st April 1993
The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 49(2), 60, 66(2), 67, 67A(6), 74(1), 79(2) and 84 of the Rent Act 1977 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
