In these regulations the “1976 Act” means the Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976 and the “1977 Act” means the Rent Act 1977.

In these regulations any reference to a numbered form shall be construed as a reference to the form bearing that number in Schedule 1 hereto, or to a form substantially to the like effect.
