  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations prescribe Welsh versions of Forms no. 5, 6, 7, 9A, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the Rent Act 1977 (Forms etc.) Regulations 1980 as amended by the Rent Act 1977 (Forms etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 1984, 1987, 1988, and 1993 .\nForms 5, 6 and 7 are letters concerning the “Application for Registration of Fair Rent”.\nForm 9A is a letter concerning the “Application for an Interim Registration of Fair Rent”.\nForms 10 and 11 are letters concerning the “Application for Cancellation of Registered Rent”.\nForms 12 and 13 are letters concerning the “Notification of Application for Registration of Fair Rent”.\nThe forms are a direct translation of the corresponding English forms with no amendment.",
