# Rent Act 1977, Paragraph 16


In section 22(1) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, in the definition of “the Rent Act” for “the Rent Act 1968” and “Parts II to VI” substitute, respectively, “ the Rent Act 1977 ” and “ Parts II to V ”.
