# Rent Act 1977, Paragraph 20


In Schedule 3 to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, in paragraph 2, for “Schedule 3” and “section 10(1)(a)” substitute respectively “ Schedule 15 ” and “ section 98(1)(a) ”.
