# Rent Act 1977, Paragraph 42


In sections 1(4) and 4(1)(a) of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967, for “section 6(3) of the Rent Act 1968” substitute, in each case, “ section 25(3) of the Rent Act 1977 ”.
