  "text": "Any registration of a rent under Part IV of the Rent Act 1968 which, by virtue of paragraph 33(2) of Schedule 13 to the Housing Act 1974, fell to be treated as if it had been effected pursuant to an application under section 44 of the Rent Act 1968 shall continue to be so treated for the purposes of this Act.",
