  "heading": "Interpretation of Part IX.",
  "text": "(1) In this Part of this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—\n“furniture” includes fittings and other articles; and\n“premium” includes—\n(a) any fine or other like sum;\n(b) any other pecuniary consideration in addition to rent; and\n(c) any sum paid by way of a deposit, other than one which does not exceed one-sixth of the annual rent and is reasonable in relation to the potential liability in respect of which it is paid.\n(2) For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby declared that nothing in this Part of this Act shall render any amount recoverable more than once.",
