  "text": "(1) In this Part—\n“furniture” includes fittings and other articles;\n“premium” includes—\n(a)any fine or other like sum;\n(b)any other pecuniary consideration in addition to rent; and\n(c)any sum paid by way of a deposit, other than one which does not exceed one-sixth of the annual rent and is reasonable in relation to the potential liability in respect of which it is paid.\n(2) Nothing in this Part renders any amount recoverable more than once.",
