  "text": "(1) Nothing in this Part shall affect the jurisdiction of the High Court in proceedings—\n(a) to enforce a lessor's right of re-entry or forfeiture;\n(b) to enforce a mortgagee's right of possession in a case where the former tenancy was not binding on the mortgagee.\n(2) Nothing in this Part shall affect the operation of—\n(a) section 19 of the Defence Act 1842 1842 c.94;\n(b) section 91 of the Lands Clauses Consolidation Act 1845 1845 c.18;\n(c) section 5(1) of the Criminal Law Amendment Act 1912 1912 c.20.\n(d) Article 129 of, and Schedule 15 to, the Betting, Gaming, Lotteries and Amusements (Northern Ireland) Order 1985",
