Laid before Parliament 11th September 1995
Coming into force
for the purposes of articles 2 and 4 2nd October 1995
for all other purposes 2nd January 1996
The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 121(1) and (2) of the Housing Act 1988and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order—
