# The Rent Officers (Additional Functions) (Amendment) Order 1997, Article 3: Application


(1) The amendment made by article 2(a) does not have effect in a case where an application for a determination is made before the date that amendment comes into force.
(2) The amendment made by article 2(b) does not have effect in a case where an application for a determination is made before the date that amendment comes into force.
