Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Rent Officers (Additional Functions) (No. 2) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 1st July 1990.

In this Order “local housing authority” has the same meaning as in the Housing Act 1985^f1.
