Schedules 1 to 3 (except paragraph 4 of Schedule 1) shall apply in relation to a re-determination as they apply to a determination, subject to the following–

(a)

references in Schedule 1 to the time of an application for a determination shall be references to the time of the application for the original determination, and

(b)

for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph 5 of Schedule 1 there shall be substituted “within the period of 20 working days beginning with the date of receipt of the application for a re-determination, or as soon as is reasonably practicable after that period.”.
