# The Rent Officers (Additional Functions) Order 1990, Paragraph 1


Schedules 1 and 2 (except paragraph 5 of Schedule 1) shall apply in relation to aredetermination as they apply to a determination, subject to the following—
(a) references in Schedule 1 to the relevant time shall be references to the time the original application for the determination is made or, if earlier, the tenancy ends; and
(b) for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph 6 of Schedule 1 there shall be substituted “within the period of 20 working days beginning with the date of receipt of the application for a redetermination, or as soon as is reasonably practicable after that period.”.
