  "text": "(1) Where the landlord is a housing association or a charity, the rent officer shall assume that the landlord is not such a body.\n(2) The rent officer shall not take into account the rent under any tenancy where the landlord is a housing association or a charity.\n(3) In this paragraph—\n“charity” has the same meaning as in the Charities Act 1993, except that it includes a Scottish charity (which has the same meaning as in section 1(7) of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990); and\n“housing association” has the same meaning as in the Housing Associations Act 1985.",
