  "text": "Schedules 1 and 2 shall apply in relation to a redetermination as they apply to a determination, subject to the following—\n(a) references to the relevant time shall be references to the time the original application for the determination is made or, if earlier, the tenancy ends; and\n(b) for the definition of relevant period in paragraph 8(3) of Schedule 1 there shall be substituted—\n““relevant period” means the period of 20 working days beginning with the date of receipt of the application for a redetermiantion, or as soon as is reasonably practicable after that period.”.",
