Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Rent Officers (Additional Functions) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1997.

This Order shall come into force for the purposes of articles 3 and 4(2) on 14th April 1997 and for all other purposes on 6th October 1997.

In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Rent Officers (Additional Functions) (Scotland) Order 1995^f1.
