# The Rent Officers (Additional Functions) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1997, Article 4: Application


(1) The amendments made by article 2 above do not have effect in a case where an application for a determination is made before 6th October 1997.
(2) The amendment made by article 3 above does not have effect in a case where an application for a determination is made before 14th April 1997.
