Article 2 Amendment to the Rent Officers (Housing Benefit Functions) Order 1997

The Rent Officers (Housing Benefit Functions) Order 1997^f1 shall be amended in accordance with this article.

In article 3A, the words “the day before” shall be omitted.

In paragraph 4(2)(b)(iii) of Schedule 1 to that Order, for the words “kitchen or toilet”, in both places where those words occur, there shall be substituted the words “kitchen, toilet, bathroom and room suitable for living in”.
