# The Rent Officers (Housing Benefit Functions) (Amendment) Order 2000, Article 6: Insufficient information


In article 5 (insufficient information), omit “and article 3(1) or, as the case may be, article 4 shall not apply to the making of that determination or redetermination until he receives the information”.
