# The Rent Officers (Housing Benefit Functions) (Amendment) Order 2000, Article 9: Exceptionally high rents


In paragraph 3 of Part I of Schedule 1 (exceptionally high rents), at the end of paragraph (c) of sub-paragraph (2), insert “at the relevant time ”.
