# The Rent Officers (Housing Benefit Functions) Amendment Order 2010, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Rent Officers (Housing Benefit Functions) Amendment Order 2010.
(2) Articles 1, 2 and 4 come into force on 18th March 2011.
(3) Articles 3 and 5 come into force on 1st April 2011.
