  "text": "(1) Subject to subsection (2) below, the enactments specified in Schedule 8 to this Act shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in that Schedule.\n(2) The savings and transitional provisions in Schedule 9 to this Act shall have effect.\n(3) Subject to subsection (2) above, the enactments specified in Schedule 10 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.",
